Terms & Conditions
The Terms and Conditions below govern the agreement between you, the GUEST/s, and us,
RAJ Service Support Company. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms
and Conditions. All details contained herein are, to the best of our knowledge, correct and it is in
good faith that we have published them.
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
1.1 Upon receiving your booking request, a representative from RAJ Service Support
Company will assist you in building a pleasant tour plan according to your special
requirements and interests.
1.2 It is highly recommended that your tour reservation be made at least 30 days prior to the
actual travelling date.
1.3 Only 50% or full paid tours, will be considered confirmed. Full payment should be made
15 days prior to travel date. *Posted rates are subject to change without prior notice.
1.4 Inability to pay on or before the stated option date shall mean auto cancellation of the
said booking. Please note that RAJ Service Support Company shall not be responsible
for bookings that are automatically cancelled due to the lapse or inability to pay on or
before the option date.
1.5 All payment should be made through E-online Transfer into our account.
2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
2.1 Cancellation must be made in writing with your photocopy of valid ID attached to avoid
any misunderstanding.
2.2 Cancellation, postponements, revisions and amendments must be made 1 month before
actual travelling date.
2.3 In the event of cancellation of tour reservation after settlement of deposits and / or full
payment the following charges will apply:
20-11 days - 50% charge of total payment
10 days and beyond – NON REFUNDABLE
2.4 No Refund for no show or on the spot cancellation.
2.5 No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages that
cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control of such as
caused by forces of nature, like typhoon, earthquakes or any other natural calamity that
may occur.
3. FLIGHT DELAY
3.1 RAJ Service Support Company will not be held responsible in any delay flights. Guest/s
have to inform RAJ Company immediately in case of flight delay, Failure to do so, a
quarter of an hour will be given as a holdback period. Beyond the allowable time,
booking is considered Cancelled on the date agreed.
4. OTHERS
4.1 RAJ Service Support Company does not include Travel Insurance. We highly
recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance of your own.
4.2 RAJ Service Support Company will not be liable for loss, injury, damage, delay or
irregularity that may be caused to our client’s property arising from causes beyond our
control.
4.3 Special arrangement, Request, Amendments must be made 1 month before actual
travelling date.
5. GOVERNING LAW AND COURT OF JURISDICTION
4.4 The agreement between the company and the customer shall be governed by
The laws of Japan.
4.5 The Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary shall have exclusive jurisdiction
In the first instance over any dispute (including court mediation procedures)
regarding the company agreement and the customer.
