Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation must be made in writing with your photocopy of valid ID attached to avoid any misunderstanding.

Cancellation, postponements, revisions, and amendments must be made 1 month before the actual travel date.

In the event of cancellation of the tour reservation after settlement of deposits and/or full payment the following charges will apply:
20-11 days - 50% charge of total payment
10 days and beyond – NON-REFUNDABLE

No Refund for no-show or on-the-spot cancellation.

No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages that cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control such as  caused by forces of nature, like typhoons, earthquakes, or any other natural calamity that
may occur.
